🧰 What You’ll Do
- Prep and set up job sites for fire/water restoration
- Operate drying, cleaning, and extraction equipment
- Communicate with teammates and supervisors to stay efficient
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Learn restoration skills that open doors in this industry
🚗 What You’ll Need
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and team mindset
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical work
- Comfortable with ladders, attics, crawl spaces, respirators etc.
- Clear background check (required)
